Welcome to the documentation with regards to running rsync and ssh on Windows machines
These instructions should allow you to use the ssh and rsync commands on your Windows machine, as if it were a Mac OSX or Linux machine. Additionally, instructions are specified specifically for working with Windows machines from the UMCG, and the Gearshift HPC RUG cluster.
Start with SSH and rsync setup section for setting up rsync and ssh
Then continue in connecting to Gearshift for setting up the required files to connect to Gearshift
